The La Plaka vision comes from the heart of a 24 year old who dreamed of branching out from the family business and bringing innovation to the taste buds of Sydney siders. His belief is that we do not intend to love food just because it feeds us, we love it because it shows us how a single simple touch can engage an entire meal and twist it to become exactly what your palate desires.
